Do I have to be an Insider to buy tickets?
Not at all. Anyone can buy tickets at the regular price, no account perks required. Insider is completely optional — it just gets you a better deal if you attend often.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime with no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days but won’t auto-renew if you cancel before the renewal date.
Does this affect talent or client accounts?
No. Insider is a fan-only membership. Talent listing fees, commissions, and client booking access all work exactly the same regardless of who has Insider.
Where does the discount apply?
The 10% discount and waived service fee apply automatically at checkout on any ticketed Hi-Rollerz event, no codes needed.
