How to Register
• Online Registration: Fill out the official entry form on the Jerk Fest website.
• On-Site Sign-Up: Limited spots may be available at the info booth before the contest begins.

Entry Fee
Only 6 competitors will be accepted for this year’s Jerk Eating Championship. Entry is $20 per contestant and includes competition access, bottled water, and an exclusive “Jerk Warrior” wristband.
Contest Rules

Eating Rules
• Hands only — no forks, knives, or utensils of any kind.
• No dipping food into water or beverages.
• No drinking during the round. Water is only allowed before and after each round.
• All food must be fully swallowed for it to count.
• Any food left on the plate or in the mouth at the buzzer results in disqualification
Conduct & Safety
• Competitors must remain seated or in their assigned position during the round.
• If a participant shows signs of distress, they may be stopped by staff for safety reasons.
• Any intentional mess‑making, throwing food, or disruptive behavior results in immediate removal.
• Judges’ decisions are final
Disqualification Criteria
• Starting early or eating before the countdown.
• Using outside assistance or consuming unapproved items.
• Vomiting or leaving the competition area without permission.
• Failure to follow instructions from judges or staff
Judging & Scoring
• Judges will verify plates, check for leftover food, and confirm clean finishes.
• Winners are determined by speed, completion, and cleanliness.
• In the event of a tie, a sudden‑death mini‑round may be used.
Prizes
• 1st Place: Trophy, cash prize, and official Jerk Fest bragging rights.
• 2nd & 3rd Place: Festival merchandise and sponsor giveaways.
Competitor Waiver Notice
