Vendor Registration Requirements

Becoming a vendor at Jerk Fest means joining a vibrant celebration of culture, food, and community. To ensure a smooth, safe, and successful experience for everyone, all vendors must meet the following requirements before being approved.

Business Information

All vendors must provide accurate business details, including business name, contact information, and a brief description of the products or services you plan to offer. Only approved categories will be permitted on festival grounds.

Permits & Licensing

Food vendors must hold valid food‑handling permits and meet all local health and safety regulations. Non‑food vendors must comply with any applicable business licensing requirements. Proof of documentation is required during registration.

Booth Setup & Equipment

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, signage, and equipment unless otherwise arranged. All setups must be secure, clean, and professional. Power access is limited and must be requested in advance.

Fees & Payment

A non‑refundable vendor fee must be paid in full to secure your spot. Pricing varies by booth type and size. Spaces are confirmed only after payment is received

Insurance

All vendors must carry valid liability insurance and provide a certificate naming the festival as an additional insured party. This ensures safety and protection for both vendors and attendees.

Festival Guidelines

Vendors must follow all festival rules, including setup and teardown times, waste management procedures, and respectful conduct toward attendees and fellow vendors. Only approved products may be sold.

Commitment to Quality

We aim to showcase high‑quality, culturally aligned vendors who contribute to the energy and experience of Jerk Fest. All applications are reviewed to ensure a strong fit with the festival’s vision.
